Do I need a physician’s referral for PT?
No, at Rose Recovery you can see a doctor of physical therapy with Direct Access to care - no referral required.
Do you take my insurance?
Rose Recovery is a cash pay practice, which means you pay directly for your care rather than going through health insurance. This allows your treatment to be centered around your goals rather than insurance limitations.
Can I use my HSA/FSA funds?
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, Rose Recovery is certified healthcare facility that accepts HSA/FSA payments.
Flexible payment plans are available to improve your access to high quality medical care.
I’ve tried PT before without success.
What makes you different from other offices?
Our therapy practice offers a premium quality of care that is not often available in insurance-based clinics. Your therapist will not be rushed; they will take the time to understand your individual needs and goals; and you will see the same doctor of physical therapy each visit.
What conditions do you treat at Rose Recovery Physical Therapy?
Our clinicians most commonly treat orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions, which can include: neck pain, low back pain, shoulder and arm pain, and knee and leg pain related to recent injuries or degenerative conditions. This can also include vertigo and BPPV, postoperative/surgical care, return to sports protocols, tendinitis and work injuries, post-stroke care and gait training, and conditions like Parkinson’s or ALS.
What can I expect from my first appointment?
Your first session will be a 60 minute meeting with a doctor of physical therapy. You can expect movement testing, muscle strength and flexibility assessments, and a conversation regarding your individual goals to help determine the best plan together and get you on track to healing as fast as possible.
Is Rose Recovery just for people who are injured?
No – physical therapy at our clinic is a resource for people who want their bodies to support an active, demanding life. If your goal is to build a stronger body capable of achieving great things, then Rose Recovery is for you.
Can I submit receipts to my insurance? What is a Superbill?
A Superbill is a detailed receipt that a healthcare provider gives you so you can ask your insurance company to pay you back. After seeing an out-of-network provider, this document can allow you to ask for reimbursement from your health insurance plan.
How long will my appointment take? And how long will I need PT?
Treatment sessions at Rose Recovery are 60 minutes with a doctor of physical therapy. The duration of care will depend on your condition – most people see results within the first week and achieve their goals in 4 to 6 weeks.
